Four ways to ask “is this real?”
However the message arrived, the answer comes back the same way: a plain verdict, and the reasons behind it.
A text or a DM
Paste it in, or share it straight from Messages without retyping anything. You get a verdict and the specific things that gave it away — not just a score.
An email
Paste the message or share it from Mail. The app weighs the wording, the sender address, and every link in it.
A link
Shortened links hide where they actually go. The app follows one to its real destination and tells you what it found, before you tap it.

When the text can’t be copied — a locked app, a photo of a letter, a message someone sent you a picture of — screenshot it instead. The words are read on the phone itself; the image never leaves it.

They enter the address their drills already go to and type in a one-time code. There is no password to forget, reset, or write on a sticky note.

What we don’t do
We don’t read your inbox. What you check isn’t stored.
The app has no access to your mail, your messages, or your contacts — it only ever sees the one thing you hand it. Screenshots are read on your phone, so the picture itself never leaves the device. Full detail lives in our privacy policy.

Yes — $9 a month or $84 a year, either way. A subscription bought in the app is billed by Apple; one bought on the web is billed by us.
No. Sign in with the same email you use now and your plan comes with you. Only buy in the app if you don't have a plan yet.
Wherever you bought it. If you subscribed in the app, cancel in Apple's settings — Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your ScamDrill dashboard.
Not yet — it's coming, and we're not putting a date on it until it's approved. In the meantime everything except the app itself works in any phone browser.
It needs iOS 16.4 or later. It also runs on Apple-silicon Macs and Apple Vision Pro.
No. Practice scams still arrive by email and text, the same as before. The app is where you check the real ones before you act.
Using a passkey as your second factor? Sign in on the phone with a recovery code instead.
