How points work
Clicks never subtract. Points only ever go up. Difficulty, speed, and channel each contribute — and the breakdown shows up on the celebration page after every catch so it never feels arbitrary.

Each one is unlocked once per learner. Earning a fresh badge surfaces a celebration on the catch page and shows up in the next monthly digest.
First Catch
Reported your first ScamDrill simulation.
Eagle Eye
Reported a simulation within 60 seconds of receiving it.
Forwarder
Caught a simulation by forwarding it to spam@scamdrill.com.

On the first of every month, the family guardian — or your organization's security admin — gets a digest of who caught what, who's on the longest streak, and the top achievement someone unlocked. No competition pressure, just visibility into the wins.
